Merry Christmas from My Family to Yours 🎄

As we celebrate Christmas, I want to wish you peace, joy, and meaningful moments with the people you love most. May your homes be filled with warmth, laughter, and reminders of God’s love during this special season.

Christmas is also a time when we’re reminded to look out for one another—especially for those who may be going through difficult moments. In my book Tortuguita & Tortugota, we see that even the smallest act of kindness, friendship, or prayer can make a big difference. When someone is struggling, a gentle hand, a listening ear, or a simple word of encouragement can bring hope.

My prayer this Christmas is that we continue to show compassion, patience, and love—just as we would want for ourselves. May we teach our children (and remind ourselves) that faith and friendship can carry us through even the hardest seasons.
